Cooked in traditional Chinese soy braise, half chicken with bones.
 Simply heat up in microwave 5 minutes with a small tear on the vacuumed package if refrigerated. Steamer works better too keeping moist.
 Thaw first before heating up if kept frozen.
 Can be consumed cold as is, pulled chicken with noodles or as a side dish with dipping sauce.
